Problem
Nothing happens when you click to listen to an Abacast station or view one of our webcams.

Solution
Check to be sure the Abacast Client is installed:

1) Right-click the Start button
2) Choose explore
3) On the left pane, navigate to your C:\Program Files\ directory
4) Locate the Abacast folder, be sure there are files in that folder
5) If the Abacast folder doesn't exist, try re-downloading the Abacast Client from http://www.abacast.com/download (the .exe version)

If you have any personal firewall software installed, make sure that it is set to allow the Abacast Client to connect. See your firewalls documentation for instructions on how to do this. To see if your Abacast Client is failing to connect view the knowledgebase article that will help you locate the error log. http://support.abacast.com/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=4&id=28

If you have any pop-up blocking software enabled, try briefly disabling it and see if the stream successfully launches. Many pop-up blockers allow for you to hold the CTRL key and click a link to manually allow pop-ups as well.

Be sure your browser is set to allow ActiveX objects (see instructions below for Internet Explorer):

1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Select Tools -> Internet Options
3) Choose the Security tab
4) Under "select a web content zone" choose Internet
5) If the Slider is set to "High", try sliding it to "Medium" and click OK.

Firefox users: Please see the knowledgebase article at http://support.abacast.com/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=6&id=42 to verify the Abacast Client has been properly installed.
