Problem
The Abacast Client can occasionally fail with error message #8. This error is almost always caused by Internet connectivity problems or problems arising from the stream source (routine maintenance, hardware failures, etc).

Solution
In most cases, if you try to reconnect at a later time, the problem should go away. If it persists for more than 24 hours you should submit a support ticket to our support staff. Please note that if you're a listener/viewer you DO NOT need to reinstall the Abacast Client, check your firewalls, etc. If you're getting error #8 there is nothing you can do from your side to fix it.
