Problem
After clicking to connect to an Abacast stream in Windows Media format, Winamp opens and nothing happens. Prior to Winamp opening, the browser might prompt to open or save a file with a .asf extention.

Solution
In order to fix this problem, you will need to make sure that Windows Media Player is set to play .asx file types.

1) In Windows Media Player 7 and above, go to the Tools menu -> Options
2) Select the File Types tab
3) Be sure "Windows Media File (asf)" is checked
4) If still having problems you might try the "Select All" option

If this doesn't help make sure Winamp isn't taking ownership of the file types. For more information see http://support.abacast.com/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=8&id=55
